1.Product description

IZ1811 Inorganic zinc-rich primer (70%) is a two-component inorganic zinc silicate primer composed of alkyd silicate, zinc powder and additives. According to the different content of zinc powder, it is divided into inorganic zinc-rich primer, inorganic low zinc primer. The product has excellent impact resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance and rust resistance performance, and can match with most of the paint system paint.

All tools should be cleaned with inorganic zinc-rich thinner after use.

Referring to the product MSDS and follow the safety matters on the packaging label and local safety regulations.

Please provide personal protection including but not limited to the lungs, eyes and skin.

Prevent open fire, Please construct this product with good ventilation. Strong ventilation must be provided in narrow places or in places without air circulation.

Avoid construction below 50% humidity; maintain above 65% during curing. Spray water to increase humidity if needed (avoid direct spraying)

Note the ambient temperature,  Construction below 5℃ or above 45℃ is not recommended.

The surface temperature of the steel should be 3℃ higher than the dew point, and the construction time should be adjusted to the morning or evening when it is higher than 50℃.

Avoid construction in rain, snow, fog, sandstorm or strong wind, more pollution environment, to prevent paint film pollution.

Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place with a temperature not exceeding 40℃.

After the two components are thoroughly mixed, it is essential to filter them using an 80 to 100 mesh filter bag. Subsequently, utilize a dispersing machine for stirring to continuously prevent zinc powder sedimentation.

Coatings with inadequate alkaline resistance, such as oil-based resin paints and alkyd resin paints, should not be directly applied over inorganic zinc-rich primers.

The coating interval is long, and the zinc salt on the surface of the paint film should be completely removed.

If accidentally swallowed or other direct contact with the product, seek medical treatment immediately.

6.Explain

The actual loss is affected by the work-piece shape, plate surface state, climate condition and coating method. The above technical data is based on the experiment and coating experience, because we cannot predict and control the many factors in the use of the product, so we only guarantee the quality of the product itself.
